The GD-K03-XLR Paramotor Helmet with GA Plugs boasts a weight of 650g +/- 50g, and is compliant with the EN966 standard. Its unique design features a sub-circular back section to accommodate the paramotor frame while avoiding any hindrance to movement and overhead umbrella use. The helmet also comes equipped with a standard communication system and an effective noise-cancellation system for improved flying experience. Additionally, the helmet offers a larger field of view and a choice of transparent or colorful mirror visors.

The helmet is made of carbon fiber and features a middle layer composed of renowned EPS material that provides excellent crash energy absorption. The inner layer is comfortable, soft, and easily removable for washing.

The included headset provides 27dB NRR hearing protection and has an SNR of 31db. It features ABS plastic earshells for noise canceling, a waterproof PTT button on the ear cup, a powerful neodymium speaker, a universal 5-pin radio port, and a quick release cable connector for easy 2-way radio connection. The coiled cable, made from high-intensity Kevlar, is strong and durable, and the spiral shielding reduces RF interference. The headset also has a scanner/iPod/music port and a foam mic cover for protection from moisture and debris. The speaker has volume control with 15dB attenuation and a frequency range of 200Hz – 6000Hz with a sensitivity of 101dB/1mW. The microphone has a frequency response of 300Hz – 8000Hz, a source resistance of 220 ohm – 2200 ohm, and can be either a dynamic noise-canceling microphone or an electret microphone.
